Our History
Vladex B.V. is a dynamic, Europe-based global wholesaler and distribution specialist strategically positioned in the heart of Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Established in 2001, the company initially focused on supplying the United Nations missions and military bases.
Over the years, Vladex B.V. has significantly diversified its portfolio to include ship supply, food and non-food retail and wholesale, featuring private-label brands such as RossOro, Valleydays, Eastways, Bonmar and many more.
In 2015, Vladex became part of the Salvo Grima Group, a Malta-based multinational — ushering in a phase of strategic growth reinforced by internal restructuring and operational enhancements. The company now leverages its favourable position based in Rotterdam to ship via land or by full container loads to clients worldwide and has expanded services to more than 50 countries.
Vladex is ISO 22000 certified — a testament to its robust food safety and supply chain traceability systems.
The company remains committed to meeting the evolving needs of supermarkets, military, yacht and ship operators through mixed-container consolidation, efficient logistics, and its growing catalogue of FMCG and private-label products.
